The science behind CoolSculpting
The CoolSculpting procedure was developed by two doctors studying at Harvard Medical School in 2005. They discovered that fat cells can be removed from our bodies by freezing them. This process of providing intense cold to the target regions to freeze and destroy the fat cells is known as cryolipolysis. Once the cells freeze, they are broken down by massaging the area. These cells then make their way out of your body via the lymphatic system, a process that may take a few weeks.
